1. אודות NADLAB

NADLAB היא פלטפורמת טכנולוגיה ושיווק נדל״ן המסייעת לבעלי נכסים, מתווכים, סוכנויות, קונים, שוכרים ומשתמשים נוספים לפרסם, לגלות, לקדם, לנהל ולתקשר סביב מודעות נדל״ן ושירותים קשורים.

הפלטפורמה עשויה לכלול מודעות נכס, פרופילי סוכנים, טפסי ליד, בקשות לסיור בנכס, כלים לבית פתוח, כלי שיווק, חיפוש נכסים בעזרת AI, כלי תקשורת, אנליטיקה ושירותים נוספים.

2. קבלת התנאים

תנאים אלה מסדירים את הגישה והשימוש ב־NADLAB, לרבות האתר, הדשבורד, דפי המודעות הציבוריים, טפסים, כלים, תכנים ושירותים המוצעים דרך הפלטפורמה.

בעצם השימוש ב־NADLAB, פתיחת חשבון, פרסום מודעה, יצירת קשר עם סוכן, שליחת ליד, שימוש בחיפוש AI או אינטראקציה אחרת עם הפלטפורמה, אתם מאשרים שקראתם, הבנתם והסכמתם לתנאים אלה.

3. זכאות וחשבונות משתמש

ניתן להשתמש ב־NADLAB רק אם הדבר מותר לפי הדין החל. חלק מהאפשרויות עשויות לדרוש הרשמה, אימות או אישור גישה.

אתם אחראים לשמור על פרטי החשבון שלכם מדויקים ומאובטחים. אין לשתף פרטי התחברות עם גורמים בלתי מורשים ואין להשתמש בחשבון של אדם אחר ללא רשות.

NADLAB רשאית להשעות או להגביל גישה לחשבונות שנראים כמנוצלים לרעה, מזויפים, מטעים, לא פעילים או מפרים תנאים אלה.

4. מודעות נכס ומידע על נכסים

סוכנים, סוכנויות, בעלי נכסים או משתמשים מורשים אחרים שמעלים מודעות אחראים לכך שכל מידע המודעה יהיה מדויק, מלא, חוקי ועדכני.

מידע זה כולל, בין היתר, מחיר, כתובת או אזור, גודל, מספר חדרים, תמונות, וידאו, זמינות, סוג עסקה, סוג נכס, פרטי בית פתוח, תוכן שיווקי וכל מידע אחר שמוצג בפלטפורמה.

NADLAB אינה מתחייבת שכל מודעה תהיה מדויקת, זמינה, מאומתת, מלאה או נקייה מטעויות. על המשתמשים לבדוק באופן עצמאי כל מידע חשוב לפני קבלת החלטה, תשלום, התחייבות, ביקור, הצעה או עסקה.

5. סוכנים, סוכנויות ומשתמשים מקצועיים

משתמשים מקצועיים אחראים לעמוד בכל דין, תקנה, דרישת רישוי, כללי פרסום, חובות הגנת הצרכן, חובות פרטיות וחובות מקצועיות החלות על פעילותם בתחום הנדל״ן.

NADLAB עשויה לספק כלי שיווק, פרסום, קידום, ניהול לידים, חיפוש AI ודשבורד, אך אינה מחליפה את האחריות המקצועית של סוכנים, סוכנויות, מתווכים או נציגי נכסים.

6. לידים, פניות, בקשות סיור ובית פתוח

משתמשים עשויים לשלוח פניות, טפסי יצירת קשר, בקשות לסיור, בקשות לבית פתוח, בקשות חיפוש AI, קודי אימות טלפוני ומידע קשור דרך NADLAB.

בשליחת מידע כזה אתם מאשרים ל־NADLAB לעבד את המידע ולשתף פרטים רלוונטיים עם הסוכן, הסוכנות, נציג הנכס או ספק השירות הרלוונטי, לצורך מענה לבקשתכם.

NADLAB אינה מתחייבת שסוכן, סוכנות, בעל נכס או נציג ישיבו לפנייה, יאשרו בקשה, יקבעו ביקור או יספקו שירות מסוים.

7. חיפוש בעזרת AI וכלים אוטומטיים

NADLAB עשויה להציע חיפוש נכסים בעזרת AI, התאמות חכמות, ניתוב לידים, הצעות אוטומטיות, סיכומים וכלים טכנולוגיים נוספים.

תוצאות מבוססות AI ניתנות לנוחות בלבד. הן עשויות להיות חלקיות, לא מדויקות, לא עדכניות או לא מתאימות לצרכים הספציפיים שלכם. יש לבדוק כל תוצאה בזהירות ולאמת באופן עצמאי כל פרט הקשור לנכס, סוכן, מחיר, מיקום, זמינות או עסקה.

NADLAB אינה מתחייבת שכלי AI ימצאו כל נכס רלוונטי או יתאימו במדויק להעדפותיכם.

8. תוכן משתמשים

ייתכן שתוכלו להעלות או למסור תוכן כגון טקסט, תמונות, וידאו, לוגואים, תיאורי נכסים, הודעות, פרטי פרופיל, חומרי שיווק ונתונים נוספים.

אתם מצהירים שיש לכם את כל הזכויות, ההרשאות והסמכות החוקית הנדרשות למסירת תוכן כזה ולאפשר ל־NADLAB להציג, לעבד, לאחסן, להתאים ולהשתמש בו לצורך הפעלת וקידום הפלטפורמה.

אין להעלות או למסור תוכן בלתי חוקי, מטעה, מפלה, משמיץ, מפר זכויות, פוגעני, מזויף, מזיק או כזה שמפר זכויות של צד שלישי.

9. כלי קידום, שירותים בתשלום וזמינות

NADLAB עשויה להציע כלי קידום, Boost למודעות, פיצ׳רים מיוחדים, כלי מדיה, פליירים, הדמיות, ריטוש תמונות, אנליטיקה ושירותים נוספים, בתשלום או ללא תשלום.

אלא אם נאמר במפורש אחרת, כלי קידום אינם מבטיחים לידים, פניות, מכירות, השכרות, צפיות, מיקום בתוצאות, המרות, הכנסות או תוצאה עסקית מסוימת.

זמינות פיצ׳רים, מחירים, חבילות, כללי תצוגה ופונקציונליות הפלטפורמה עשויים להשתנות מעת לעת.

10. תקשורת ואימות

NADLAB עשויה להשתמש בדוא״ל, SMS, קודי אימות טלפוני, הודעות מערכת, התראות דשבורד או אמצעי תקשורת אחרים לצורך הפעלת הפלטפורמה, אימות משתמשים, אישור בקשות, שליחת הודעות או אבטחת חשבונות.

אתם מסכימים למסור פרטי קשר מדויקים ולא לעשות שימוש לרעה במערכות אימות, טפסים, קודי OTP או כלי תקשורת.

11. שימושים אסורים

אתם מסכימים שלא לעשות שימוש לרעה ב־NADLAB. שימושים אסורים כוללים, בין היתר:

• שליחת מודעות או פניות כוזבות, מטעות, מזויפות או בלתי מורשות.
• התחזות לאדם, סוכן, סוכנות, חברה או בעל נכס.
• איסוף, העתקה, scraping או חילוץ מידע ללא רשות.
• ניסיון לעקוף אבטחה, בקרות גישה, אימות OTP או מגבלות טכניות.
• העלאת תוכנות זדוניות, ספאם, קוד מזיק או תוכן פוגעני.
• שימוש בפלטפורמה באופן שמפר דין חל או זכויות צד שלישי.
• פגיעה בפעילות, יציבות, ביצועים או אבטחת הפלטפורמה.

12. אין ייעוץ נדל״ני, משפטי, פיננסי או מקצועי

NADLAB היא פלטפורמת טכנולוגיה ושיווק. המידע בפלטפורמה ניתן למטרות מידע ותפעול כלליות בלבד.

NADLAB אינה מספקת ייעוץ משפטי, פיננסי, מיסוי, משכנתאות, שמאות, השקעות, הנדסה, בדק בית או ייעוץ נדל״ני מקצועי. מומלץ להתייעץ עם בעלי מקצוע מוסמכים לפני קבלת החלטות הנוגעות לעסקאות נכס, מימון, חוזים, מסים, בדיקות, זכויות משפטיות או השקעות.

13. שירותי צד שלישי וקישורים

NADLAB עשויה לכלול קישורים, אינטגרציות, מפות, שירותי תקשורת, כלי אנליטיקה, שירותי תשלום, שירותי דוא״ל, ספקי SMS, כלי שיתוף חברתי או שירותי צד שלישי אחרים.

NADLAB אינה אחראית לאתרים, שירותים, תכנים, מדיניות, זמינות, שגיאות או פעולות של צדדים שלישיים. שימוש בשירותי צד שלישי עשוי להיות כפוף לתנאים ולמדיניות שלהם.

14. קניין רוחני

פלטפורמת NADLAB, לרבות העיצוב, המבנה, התוכנה, הטכנולוגיה, המיתוג, הגרפיקה, הממשק, הפיצ׳רים והתכנים המקוריים, נמצאת בבעלות NADLAB או ברישיון ל־NADLAB ומוגנת לפי דיני קניין רוחני.

אין להעתיק, לשכפל, לשנות, להפיץ, למכור, לבצע הנדסה לאחור או ליצור יצירות נגזרות מ־NADLAB או מחומרי הפלטפורמה, אלא אם ניתן אישור מפורש בכתב.

15. פרטיות

השימוש ב־NADLAB כפוף גם למדיניות הפרטיות שלנו, המסבירה כיצד מידע אישי עשוי להיאסף, לשמש, להישמר, להיות משותף ולהיות מוגן.

16. שינויים בפלטפורמה, השעיה וסיום שימוש

NADLAB רשאית לעדכן, לשנות, להשעות, להגביל או להפסיק כל חלק מהפלטפורמה בכל עת, עם או ללא הודעה, בכפוף לדין החל.

NADLAB רשאית להשעות או לסיים גישה אם אנו סבורים שמשתמש הפר תנאים אלה, עשה שימוש לרעה בפלטפורמה, יצר סיכון, גרם נזק או פעל בניגוד לדין.

17. היעדר אחריות

NADLAB מסופקת “כמות שהיא” ו“כפי שהיא זמינה”. במידה המרבית המותרת לפי דין, NADLAB אינה נותנת התחייבויות או מצגים לגבי זמינות, דיוק, אמינות, אבטחה, ביצועים, התאמה, שלמות או פעולה רציפה.

NADLAB אינה מתחייבת שהפלטפורמה תהיה נקייה משגיאות, מאובטחת, רציפה, תואמת לכל מכשיר או נקייה מבעיות טכניות.

18. הגבלת אחריות

במידה המרבית המותרת לפי הדין החל, NADLAB ובעליה, מפעיליה, עובדיה, קבלניה, שותפיה וספקי השירות שלה לא יהיו אחראים לנזקים עקיפים, מקריים, מיוחדים, תוצאתיים, עונשיים או לדוגמה, או לאובדן רווחים, נתונים, עסק, הזדמנויות, מוניטין או goodwill.

NADLAB אינה אחראית לתוצאות עסקאות נכס, אי־דיוקים במודעות, התנהלות סוכנים או משתמשים, כשלי תקשורת, שירותי צד שלישי, תקלות טכניות או החלטות שהתקבלו על בסיס מידע המוצג בפלטפורמה.

19. שיפוי

אתם מסכימים להגן, לשפות ולפטור את NADLAB מכל טענה, נזק, הפסד, אחריות, עלות והוצאה הנובעים מהשימוש שלכם בפלטפורמה, מהתוכן שלכם, מהמודעות שלכם, מהתקשורת שלכם, מהפרת תנאים אלה, מהפרת דין או מפגיעה בזכויות צד שלישי.

20. שינויים בתנאים

NADLAB עשויה לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. כאשר יבוצעו שינויים, ייתכן שתאריך “עודכן לאחרונה” יעודכן. המשך שימוש בפלטפורמה לאחר השינויים מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

21. דין חל וסכסוכים

תנאים אלה מיועדים להיות כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל, אלא אם דין מחייב אחר קובע אחרת.

כל מחלוקת הקשורה ל־NADLAB או לתנאים אלה רצוי להפנות תחילה אלינו, כדי שנוכל לנסות לפתור אותה בתום לב.

NADLAB is a real estate technology and marketing platform designed to help property owners, real estate agents, agencies, buyers, renters, and other users publish, discover, promote, manage, and interact with real estate listings and related services.

The platform may include property listings, agent profiles, lead forms, tour requests, open house tools, marketing tools, AI-assisted property search, communication features, analytics, and other related services.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of NADLAB, including the website, dashboard, public listing pages, forms, tools, features, content, and services made available through the platform.

By using NADLAB, creating an account, submitting a listing, contacting an agent, sending a lead, using AI search, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You may use NADLAB only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law. Some features may require registration, verification, or access approval.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized persons or use another person’s account without permission.

NADLAB may suspend or restrict access to accounts that appear to be misused, fraudulent, inactive, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Property listings and listing information

Agents, agencies, property owners, or other authorized users who submit listings are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, complete, lawful, and up to date.

This includes, without limitation, property price, address or location, size, rooms, images, videos, availability, deal type, property type, open house details, promotional content, and any other information displayed on the platform.

NADLAB does not guarantee that any listing is accurate, available, verified, complete, or free from errors. Users should independently verify all important information before making any decision, payment, commitment, visit, offer, or transaction.

5. Agents, agencies, and professional users

Professional users are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, advertising rules, consumer protection obligations, privacy obligations, and professional duties that apply to their real estate activity.

NADLAB may provide marketing, publishing, promotion, lead management, AI search, and dashboard tools, but NADLAB does not replace the professional responsibility of agents, agencies, brokers, or property representatives.

6. Leads, inquiries, tour requests, and open house requests

Users may submit inquiries, contact forms, tour requests, open house requests, AI search requests, phone verification codes, and related information through NADLAB.

By submitting such information, you authorize NADLAB to process the information and share relevant details with the applicable agent, agency, property representative, or service provider for the purpose of responding to your request.

NADLAB does not guarantee that any agent, agency, owner, or representative will respond, accept a request, schedule a visit, or provide any specific service.

7. AI-assisted search and automated features

NADLAB may offer AI-assisted property search, smart matching, lead routing, automated suggestions, summaries, and other technology-based features.

AI-assisted results are provided for convenience only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not suitable for your specific needs. You should review all results carefully and independently verify any property, agent, price, location, availability, or transaction-related detail.

NADLAB does not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions will find every relevant property or match your exact preferences.

8. User content

You may be able to upload, submit, or provide content such as text, images, videos, logos, property descriptions, messages, profile information, marketing materials, and other data.

You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, and legal authority required to submit such content and to allow NADLAB to display, process, store, adapt, and use it for operating and promoting the platform.

You must not upload or submit content that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or violates the rights of any third party.

9. Promotional tools, paid features, and availability

NADLAB may offer promotional tools, listing boosts, special features, media tools, flyers, staged or retouched images, analytics, or other paid or unpaid features.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional tools do not guarantee leads, inquiries, sales, rentals, views, ranking position, conversion, revenue, or any specific business result.

Feature availability, pricing, packages, display rules, and platform functionality may change from time to time.

10. Communications and verification

NADLAB may use email, SMS, phone verification codes, system messages, dashboard alerts, or other communication methods to operate the platform, verify users, confirm requests, send notifications, or support account security.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and not to misuse verification systems, forms, OTP codes, or communication tools.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse NADLAB. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

• Submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized listings or inquiries.
• Impersonating another person, agent, agency, company, or property owner.
• Scraping, copying, harvesting, or extracting data without permission.
• Attempting to bypass security, access controls, OTP verification, or technical restrictions.
• Uploading malware, spam, harmful code, or abusive content.
• Using the platform in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Interfering with the operation, stability, performance, or security of the platform.

12. No real estate, legal, financial, or professional advice

NADLAB is a technology and marketing platform. Information on the platform is provided for general informational and operational purposes only.

NADLAB does not provide legal, financial, tax, mortgage, appraisal, investment, engineering, inspection, or professional real estate advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions related to property transactions, financing, contracts, taxation, inspections, legal rights, or investments.

13. Third-party services and links

NADLAB may include links, integrations, maps, communication services, analytics tools, payment services, email services, SMS providers, social sharing tools, or other third-party services.

NADLAB is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, availability, errors, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Intellectual property

The NADLAB platform, including its design, layout, software, technology, branding, graphics, interface, features, and original content, is owned by or licensed to NADLAB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from NADLAB or its platform materials unless expressly permitted in writing.

15. Privacy

Your use of NADLAB is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.

16. Platform changes, suspension, and termination

NADLAB does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or free from technical problems.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NADLAB and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, opportunities, reputation, or goodwill.

NADLAB is not responsible for property transaction outcomes, listing inaccuracies, agent or user conduct, failed communications, third-party services, technical interruptions, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold NADLAB harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your listings, your communications, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.

20. Changes to these Terms

NADLAB may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date may be revised. Continued use of the platform after changes means that you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

Any dispute relating to NADLAB or these Terms should first be addressed by contacting us so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
