השימוש ב־NADLAB מהווה הסכמה לאיסוף, שימוש ועיבוד מידע בהתאם למדיניות זו, בכפוף לדין החל.

2. מידע שאנו עשויים לאסוף

בהתאם לאופן השימוש שלכם בפלטפורמה, אנו עשויים לאסוף את סוגי המידע הבאים:

• פרטי זיהוי ויצירת קשר, כגון שם, טלפון, דוא״ל ופרטי חשבון.
• מידע על סוכנים, סוכנויות ומשתמשים מקצועיים, לרבות פרטי פרופיל, אזורי שירות ותוכן שיווקי.

• מידע אימות, כגון קודי OTP, סטטוס אימות טלפון או דוא״ל, זמני שליחה וניסיונות אימות.

3. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע

• טיפול בלידים, פניות, בקשות סיור ובקשות לבית פתוח.
• שליחת קודי אימות, התראות מערכת, הודעות שירות ועדכונים תפעוליים.
• התאמת תוצאות חיפוש, הצעות ותוכן בעזרת כלי AI או אוטומציה.
• שיפור חוויית המשתמש, ניתוח שימוש, אבטחה, מניעת הונאה ותיקון תקלות.

4. שיתוף מידע עם סוכנים וצדדים רלוונטיים

כאשר אתם שולחים ליד, פנייה, בקשת סיור, בקשת בית פתוח או בקשת חיפוש, אנו עשויים לשתף את המידע הרלוונטי עם הסוכן, הסוכנות, בעל הנכס, נציג הנכס או ספק השירות המתאים, כדי שיוכלו לחזור אליכם ולטפל בבקשה.

לדוגמה, אם השארתם מספר טלפון עבור נכס מסוים, הפרטים עשויים להישלח לנציג הרלוונטי של אותו נכס.

5. ספקי שירות חיצוניים

NADLAB עשויה להשתמש בספקי שירות חיצוניים לצורך אירוח, אבטחה, שליחת דוא״ל, שליחת SMS, אימות OTP, אנליטיקה, תשלומים, מפות, אחסון, תמיכה טכנית ושירותים תפעוליים נוספים.

ספקים אלה עשויים לקבל גישה למידע רק במידה הנדרשת לצורך מתן השירותים עבור NADLAB ובכפוף להתחייבויות מתאימות, ככל שנדרש לפי הדין החל.
